Community chat is free for two reasons, and both are deliberate. The community shouldn't be gated behind a transaction, because the fans who show up before they buy are often the ones who buy most. And keeping entry open keeps promotional offerings eligible for charting, which matters on a chart campaign.
How it's moderated
Staffed moderation and AI moderation run together, with artist-level controls over the room. Your team sets the rules; EVEN keeps them enforced around the clock rather than only during working hours.
What your team sees
AI sentiment scoring runs in the dashboard, so you know how the room actually feels rather than guessing from the loudest messages. That's useful in release week, when the difference between excitement and frustration is worth catching early.
What the artist can do in the room
The artist can post updates, drop content, and go live. The Feed and Content modules put artist posts, video, and behind-the-scenes material on the same site as the music, and Livestreams run inside the Studio rather than sending fans elsewhere.
Between campaigns
The community doesn't have to switch off when a campaign ends. Fans keep showing up, and the next rollout starts warm instead of cold, which is why we recommend letting the Studio run rather than archiving it the week after street date.
