EVEN STUDIO costs your team nothing up front. There is no subscription, no retainer, no build cost and no minimums.
How EVEN earns
EVEN earns a percentage of your digital sales and 5% of your physical sales. The digital percentage is preset in EVEN's agreement with your label or distributor, so nobody negotiates it campaign by campaign. Ask your label or distributor for the specific terms that apply to your campaign.
What that percentage covers
That percentage covers payment processing, currency conversion, publishing, global sales tax and fan support. Each of those is already inside the rate, so nothing gets deducted a second time somewhere else. The rate you are quoted is the rate you pay. Most direct-to-fan builds bill these as separate line items, and on a Studio campaign they sit inside the one percentage instead.
What your team never pays for
Your team never pays for the build. Design, domain setup, module configuration, chart registration and a dedicated Client Services and Artist Relations team all come with the campaign. You can also have custom modules outside the standard set, which your EVEN team scopes with you and which need a 14-day lead time. Turning on touring costs nothing, and hotel bookings through STAY pay your team a revenue share instead of costing you anything.
What sits outside
Physical fulfillment sits outside this arrangement. EVEN does not warehouse or ship, so your merch partner or 3PL keeps billing you the way it already does. Nothing in your fulfillment chain changes because a campaign runs on Studio. Fan Connect email is free, SMS costs $0.01 per text, and WhatsApp is available for global territories.
The principle
EVEN gets paid out of what the campaign sells, not out of a fee charged to your team. You supply the creative and the inventory, EVEN builds and runs the product behind it, and EVEN's revenue is the percentage of digital sales and the 5% of physical sales described above. If a campaign sells nothing, your team gets no bill. EVEN earns only when you earn.
