The site stays up and every fan keeps everything they bought. Nothing disappears from anyone's library because a campaign finished.
What we recommend
Let the Studio run between campaigns. Fans keep showing up, the community stays warm, and the next rollout starts from an audience that already exists rather than one you rebuild from zero. There's a practical benefit too: an already-approved live storefront doesn't need to re-approve for chart eligibility, so the next campaign moves faster.
What changes when a campaign closes
The release stops being available for new fans to buy, and campaign-specific exclusives may close. Existing fans keep their access to everything they purchased or unlocked.
If the album moves to streaming
Fans can keep streaming the music wherever it goes wide. The exclusive offers and unique access from the campaign window may no longer be available on the Studio, which is expected and worth saying clearly in your fan comms.
If you take the release down
Everyone who bought during the campaign keeps their access. The release stops being visible or purchasable. Sales already submitted for a chart reporting period are not withdrawn.
Archiving
Archiving is available if you want it. It isn't the default, and it isn't required to close a campaign.
