Who answers fan questions about orders and shipping?

EVEN's fan support covers orders, shipping, access, and payments, and this explains what fans get automatically, the cases that come up most, and where your team fits.

Written by Andrea Torres

EVEN answers fan questions, across every module. Orders, shipping, access, payments: fans email one place and it gets handled, with a 97% fan satisfaction rate. Your label team and your fulfillment partner do not have to staff a fan inbox.

How fans reach support

Fans email [email protected], Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET. Fans are asked for their receipt number, which is what support uses to find the order.

What fans get without asking

Shipping updates and tracking go out by email as the order moves. Physical pre-orders show an estimated ship window on the product page, since pressing takes time, and tracking goes out the moment the order ships. If something looks stuck, the fan emails support with their receipt number and EVEN chases it.

The cases that come up most

Shipping address changes can be made any time before the order ships. Damaged or wrong items are reviewed individually: the fan sends their receipt number and a photo, and EVEN works with the fulfillment team to make it right. On refunds, all sales are final with clear exceptions. A digital pre-order can be canceled for a full refund any time before release day, not counting tracks that already unlocked. Physical pre-orders vary by release, so the product page or support has the answer. EVEN makes it right if merchandise never arrives, or if a purchase was fraudulent or charged in error. Statutory rights where the fan lives always apply.

Where your team comes in

Support answers the fan, but fulfillment still does the shipping. Cases that need a parcel found, reshipped, or replaced reach your fulfillment team through EVEN rather than landing on the fan to chase. If something needs attention from your side during a campaign, every campaign runs a shared thread with your EVEN team, and you can flag it there.
