You own it. Everything captured on the artist's page, contacts, consent, purchase and engagement history, belongs to the artist and label side. Our stance is published and simple: we don't own anything, everything is yours.
What comes with each sale
Each sale comes with the fan behind it. That means identity, contact details with per-channel consent, location, order history, and engagement, deduplicated into a single unified fan record rather than scattered across systems. That's the difference between a sale and a stream: you end up with a real person you can reach again.
Exporting it
You can export at any time, during the partnership and on exit. It's a full export, with no gates, no notice period, and no fee. Data also flows into your own CRM and systems via API and integrations, with the consent chain intact so opt-outs stay honored everywhere the data goes.
Integrations
Integrations cover Meta, Google, and TikTok pixels; Laylo and Community; CRM feeds like Dotdigital and ViceVersa; Shopify. If your team runs it, we connect to it.
Jurisdictions
Compliance runs per jurisdiction: GDPR in the EU and UK, CCPA in California, and equivalents elsewhere. Partner access flows through the platform's compliance controls rather than raw cross-border data dumps, which is what keeps the consent chain defensible rather than just documented.
When a campaign or partnership ends
You export everything, including at wind-down. Fan accounts and purchases persist, so fans keep what they bought and the relationship you built doesn't evaporate because a campaign finished.
Fans exercise their own privacy rights through EVEN support at [email protected], honored under the controller and processor structure of the campaign.
