Can we export our data whenever we want?

Export terms for Studio fan and transaction data, what a full export contains, the live CRM sync alternative, what happens at wind-down, and how to request an export in a particular shape.

Yes, you can export at any time. Export is open during the partnership and on exit, with no gates, no notice period and no fee.

What you can take

You can take everything captured on the artist's page: contacts, consent records, purchase and engagement history, and the unified fan record behind each sale. Transaction and payout data comes with it, so your finance and marketing teams can work from the same export.

Live sync rather than exports

Your team may prefer a live feed to a file. Fan data can flow into your own CRM and systems through the API and the CRM integrations. The consent chain travels with it, so opt-outs stay honored everywhere the data goes and not only inside EVEN.

On wind-down

You can export everything when a campaign or partnership ends. Fan accounts and purchases carry on after that, so fans keep what they bought and the relationships built during the campaign stay in place once the contract has closed.

Why it works this way

The data belongs to the artist and label side. EVEN claims no ownership of any of it, and EVEN says so publicly. Putting conditions on your export would contradict that, so EVEN does not attach any.

Getting an export

Pull the export from the dashboard yourself, or ask your EVEN team for it. If you need a particular shape or field set for a CRM import, tell your EVEN team and they will prepare it that way.
