What are Studio modules?

The building blocks of a Studio campaign, what each one does, and how the mix is chosen for a rollout.

Written by Andrea Torres

Modules are the building blocks of a Studio site. A campaign turns on whichever ones fit the rollout, which is why no two Studios look or feel the same.

The standard set

Digital Music is the release itself: pre-orders, exclusive early tracks, pricing, and the player.

Community Chat is the room around the release, free for any fan to join with no purchase necessary.

Feed is where the artist posts updates directly to fans on their own site rather than through a platform's algorithm.

Content holds video, galleries, documents, and behind-the-scenes material, either open or attached to a purchase.

Livestreams run inside the Studio, so fans don't get sent elsewhere to watch.

Touring covers presale signups, unique fan codes, waitlists, and STAY hotel booking on every date.

Custom modules

Anything outside the standard set can be built for a campaign, with a 14-day lead time. Flag it at kickoff rather than in release week, since that lead time is real.

How the mix gets chosen

The mix gets chosen at kickoff, with your EVEN team, working back from what the rollout actually needs. A surprise drop with no tour looks nothing like an album campaign with three months of pre-order and a world tour attached, and the module set reflects that.

Changing the mix later

Modules can be turned on during a live campaign. On chart campaigns, changes that touch the release itself route through your EVEN team so chart bodies stay notified.
