What does the Studio dashboard include?

A walkthrough of the Studio dashboard tabs, the reporting and fan data you can export, how the unified fan record carries into the next campaign, and the current state of self-serve access.

Written by Andrea Torres

Every Studio campaign comes with a dashboard for sales, fans, segments, chat, marketing and team access. It shows your team what the campaign is selling and which fans are buying.

The tabs

The dashboard is split into tabs, one for each part of a campaign.

Overview is the campaign at a glance: revenue, units and how the rollout is tracking.

Digital Album covers the release itself, pricing and early-track unlocks.

Merch holds your physical orders, with shipping details and customization choices. Your team updates statuses and adds tracking numbers here.

Tour covers presale signups, codes, waitlists and hotel bookings by date.

Fans brings all your fan data together: identity, contact details with consent, location, order history and engagement, deduplicated into one record per person. The superfan leaderboard lives here too.

Fan Chat shows the community with AI sentiment scoring, so you can read the mood of the room without reading every message.

Marketing builds segments and pushes them into your CRM.

Users is where you manage team access and roles.

What you can pull out of it

You can pull gross and net reporting with daily payout records, export your full fan data at any time, and see traffic and conversion analytics. Your own pixels run alongside all of it, so the campaign also reports into whatever tools your marketing team already uses.

Why the fan record matters

The fan record is what your team carries from one campaign into the next. Every purchase, chat join and presale signup resolves to one identified person. You finish the campaign with an audience you can contact again, as well as with the sales figures.

Self-serve

Campaigns run on the dashboard today, and full self-serve setup is on the way. Ask your EVEN team about access for your campaign.
