What does the Touring module include?

Presale signups, unique fan codes, waitlists, and STAY hotel booking. What EVEN runs, what stays with your ticketer, and what it costs.

Written by Andrea Torres

Touring covers the full presale lifecycle: presale signups on the artist's site, community around the tour, unique presale codes delivered by text and email, waitlists when shows sell out, and hotel booking on every date through STAY.

EVEN is not a ticket platform

Tickets stay with your ticketer. EVEN runs everything around the ticket: the signup, the data, the codes, the community, and the stay. Nothing about your ticketing relationship changes.

How codes reach fans

Unique per-fan codes go out by text and email when the tour goes live, and are redeemed at the ticketer. There are no public codes floating on social, which is how bots and brokers stay out.

Waitlists

When a show sells out, fans join the waitlist for that date and get notified as spots open, rather than hitting a dead end.

STAY

STAY is hotel booking built into every tour date. Fans get rates that beat the big booking sites, with total pricing shown up front including fees, free-cancellation options, and picks ranked by rating and value, never paid placement.

The fan books with the hotel via EVEN, under the STAY brand. EVEN and the hotel handle all booking support, so the artist is never in the middle of a hotel complaint. STAY is global, live across major touring markets on current tours.

What it costs

Touring costs nothing. There is no fee to turn it on, and the team earns a revenue share on every hotel booking, so it's a revenue line rather than a cost line.

Your existing stack

Touring is the presale your team is already running, with a complete stack behind it, and it connects to your existing CRM. VIP packages can be featured on the tour page alongside dates.
