What does Touring cost the artist?

The commercial terms behind Touring, including the hospitality revenue share, VIP packages on the tour page, and CRM connection.

Written by Andrea Torres

Touring costs the artist nothing. There is no fee to turn it on, and the team earns a revenue share on every hotel booking.

No fee, and a share of hospitality

Touring costs the artist nothing. The module is switched on for the campaign, and the revenue comes from the hospitality side instead: the team earns a share of every hotel booking made through STAY.

Why hospitality pays for it

Fans traveling to a show book hotels anyway. STAY puts that booking on the artist's tour page, with fan rates that beat the big booking sites, total pricing shown up front with fees included, and picks ranked by rating and value rather than paid placement. EVEN accesses trade rates and passes the savings to fans, so the fan pays less and the tour earns on a spend that was already happening.

What you get for no fee

You get the full presale lifecycle: presale signups on the artist's site, community around the tour, unique presale codes delivered by text and email, waitlists when shows sell out, and hotel booking on every date.

VIP packages

VIP packages can be featured on the tour page. They sit alongside the tour dates, the presale signup, and the hotel booking for each date, so a fan planning a night out is seeing the upgrade in the same place as everything else.

Connecting to the CRM and presale stack you already use

Touring is the presale your team is already running, with a complete stack behind it, and it connects to your existing CRM. EVEN connects to CRM feeds like Dotdigital and ViceVersa, and fan data flows into your systems through API and CRM integrations with the consent chain intact, so opt-outs stay honored everywhere the data goes. If your team runs it, we connect to it.
