Team members are invited as individual users with roles running from viewer up to admin, so label, management, and partner staff each get exactly the access the job needs.
No shared logins
Everyone signs in as themselves. Sign-in is a one-time code by text or email rather than a password, so there's nothing to circulate and nothing to rotate when someone leaves the campaign. Sharing one account across a team is the fastest way to lose track of who changed what.
Getting access
Ask for an invite to the campaign rather than borrowing someone's credentials. If you manage or represent the artist, you get your own user on the campaign with the permissions your role calls for.
What different roles see
Viewer-level access is enough for people who need numbers but shouldn't be changing the campaign. Admin access covers configuration and team management. Your EVEN team sets the right level with you at kickoff, and it can be changed as the campaign moves.
Access after the campaign
The site stays up between campaigns, and so does dashboard access. When a partnership winds down, you export everything you own before access changes.
