Music reaches EVEN by two routes, and most campaigns use the first.
DDEX delivery
DDEX delivery is already set up with the majors and leading independents, so releases flow to EVEN on existing feeds with nothing new to build. If your distributor is in that network, delivery is a routing instruction rather than a project. Delivery documentation is available on request for teams who need it for their own systems.
Direct WAV upload
Direct WAV upload works too. Audio should be WAV. Your EVEN team handles the upload as part of the build rather than handing your team a portal to work through.
What goes with the audio
The audio goes with artwork and creative, a valid UPC on the album, and an ISRC on every track. EVEN doesn't issue UPCs or ISRCs, so those come from your distributor or your own ISRC agency. Getting them right is what makes chart reporting work, and it's the most common preventable problem, so your EVEN team verifies them during setup.
What EVEN does with the files
WAV masters are compressed for streaming playback so the site performs without a meaningful quality cost. If downloads are enabled, fans receive MP3, which balances file size against compatibility across devices.
Timing
Deliver early rather than close to street date. The build itself is fast, but an asset problem found three days out is a very different conversation than one found three weeks out.
