Yes, EVEN integrates with Shopify. A custom EVEN app is installed on your store and gives real time inventory sync and order routing. Your Shopify stays the source of truth, and the Studio site sells against live stock.
How the integration works
The app is installed per store. Your EVEN team handles the install and the configuration during onboarding, so it is not a job that lands on your ecommerce team to work out alone. Once it is connected, inventory syncs in real time and orders placed on the Studio site route back to the store.
How inventory sync works
Inventory sync runs in real time against your store of record. Because stock is read live rather than copied on a schedule, oversell cannot happen. Availability is controlled per product, with geo-blocking and per territory availability, so a product can be on sale in one market and unavailable in another.
Multiple stores and territories
A campaign can route across multiple Shopify stores by territory. If you run separate stores for different regions, orders go to the one that covers that market.
Getting orders out
Export for Shopify is built into the merch dashboard, so orders can be pulled in the format your store expects. Your team can also work orders inside EVEN: the order table shows each fan's shipping details and any options they picked, statuses can be changed one at a time or in bulk, and tracking numbers and links can be added as parcels ship. What your team updates is what the fan sees in their account.
If you do not use Shopify
Shopify is not a requirement. Studio campaigns also run with a label merch arm or 3PL, an artist side supplier, or your own team using EVEN's order tooling. Either way, fulfillment and shipping stay on the partner side. EVEN never covers or runs shipping, and shipping regions, rates, and handling fees are set and covered by you or your fulfillment partner.
