The build is rarely the constraint. Chart registration usually is.
The build
The build takes as fast as 72 hours once assets and approvals are in. That covers design, module configuration, domain setup, pricing, and the offer.
Chart registration
A campaign on a new storefront URL needs Luminate approval at least 14 days before offers go live, and that URL stays active through the reporting period. An already-approved live storefront carries no wait, so campaigns running on an existing Studio move considerably faster.
EVEN's standard is 14 days for the full picture: campaign registered with Luminate and Billboard, and flagged to OCC, before offers go live. Expected volume and marketing drivers should be documented from the label side, and your EVEN team will tell you exactly what to send.
Custom modules
Anything outside the standard set needs a 14-day lead time of its own. Flag it at kickoff.
Working backward
Your EVEN team builds the exact calendar with you at kickoff, working back from street date rather than forward from today. In practice that means fixing the pre-order open date first, then the registration deadline, then the asset deadline.
Approvals
Nothing publishes without your sign-off, and you see the full build before launch. Approval time is part of the calendar, so it gets scheduled rather than assumed.
