Takedown tracking runs on campaigns, and your EVEN team coordinates removals. If something surfaces, raise it in the shared campaign thread and it gets handled from there.
Takedown tracking
Takedown tracking runs on campaigns as part of the protection around unreleased music, so a campaign isn't relying on someone noticing a leak by accident.
Who does the work
Your EVEN team coordinates removals. Every campaign runs a shared thread with that team, and flagging it there is the fastest route to whoever needs to act. Bring what you have: where the file surfaced and when you saw it.
What's already in place
Protection is layered, and takedowns are the last layer rather than the first. Content is encrypted behind the paywall with no free streaming tier, DRM and watermarking are applied, and downloads are off during the exclusive window. There's a separate article covering those layers in full.
Your settings stay yours
Download and DRM settings are always the artist's and label's call. EVEN never overrides them. If a campaign wants downloads held until after release day, that's how it gets built, and it's the most common shape for a release with exclusive early tracks.
During release week
Drop windows carry uptime and response commitments, and the shared thread runs from kickoff through the campaign. Your EVEN team confirms the coverage commitment for your specific drop window during setup, so you know before launch who is watching and when.
